Why Take Vitamins?

vitaminsBread needs yeast to rise. Water needs soap to clean better.  Our cells need vitamins to work properly. 

Studies have shown that due to depleted soils, the foods we eat today have far fewer nutrients than foods of 30 years ago.  The plants grow tall and look pretty but just like the roses you buy in the store do not smell as good as they used to.  Our foods look pretty but are far less rich in nutrients.

If your body is starving from a lack of nutrients it will not function or heal properly.  In the long run this will cause future degenerative diseases and increase your pain levels.  The old adage “you are what you eat” is really true.
